Clients are required to provide Fortis Cleaning Solutions with full access to the premises during the agreed-upon service hours to enable our team to fulfill their cleaning duties effectively. Additionally, it is the responsibility of the Client to ensure that the premise is in a state that allows our personnel to perform the cleaning without obstructions or hazards. Clients must also ensure that all valuables are secured or removed to mitigate any risk of loss or damage, though our team endeavours to observe the utmost care and professionalism. Any specific instructions regarding the cleaning must be communicated prior to the commencement of the service. Failure to comply with any of these obligations could result in delays, incomplete services, and potential adjustments to the cost to account for any additional time or resources required.
All services provided by Fortis Cleaning Solutions are subject to payment as per the invoice issued to the Client. Payment terms vary depending on the nature and frequency of the services rendered and are typically due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are obliged to adhere to these payment terms to maintain a seamless service relationship. Late payments may incur additional fees or interest, and persistent non-payment may lead to service suspension or termination. Fortis Cleaning Solutions reserves the right to pursue any and all legal means to recover outstanding debts. Any discrepancies or disputes regarding an invoice should be communicated forthwith to our administrative department via email at [email protected]. It is incumbent upon the client to address discrepancies expeditiously to avoid any inconvenience in the service provision.
The liability of Fortis Cleaning Solutions is limited to the value of the service provided in any claim related to loss or damage incurred as a result of our services. While we commit to exercising utmost diligence and care, occasional incidents may occur, and in such cases, Clients are required to notify us within 24 hours of service completion. Fortis Cleaning Solutions will endeavor to resolve such matters expediently. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues that arise from conditions outside our control. It must be noted that our insurance policy covers only our team and processes, thus Clients are advised to ensure their own insurance covers any potential losses arising from unforeseen incidents.
Fortis Cleaning Solutions is committed to ensuring that the personal data of our clients is handled in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act. Information collected for service provision, including but not limited to personal and address details, is used strictly for administrative and service-related purposes. We ensure that data is stored securely and is not disclosed to any third parties without the express consent of the Client, unless required by law. Either party may terminate the agreement for services by providing a minimum of 30 days written notice, unless otherwise specified in the individual service contract. Fortis Cleaning Solutions reserves the right to terminate services without notice in cases where there is a breach of terms by the Client, non-payment for services, or any action that poses a risk to our personnel or property. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices must be settled immediately, and any equipment or materials belonging to Fortis Cleaning Solutions must be returned in their original condition. Reinstatement of services after termination is subject to a new agreement and any applicable fees for administration and setup.
